Zulmée was the name of Dominique's grand mother
She passed on her good taste and her kitchen secrets.
When you book your evening meal, Dominique would love to prepare for you a menu from local, seasonal produce, served and presented with her own elegant touch.
An example of the menu: Vegetable pie Sweet pork fillet in cream with asparagus, Duck steak with nectarines, Veal stew, speciality of the house, etc....
And not forgetting her wonderful bilberry crumble.
Price for an evening meal : 25 euros per person Children under 10 years - half price
Depending on the weather, your meal will be served either in the main dining room, in the garden or under the verandah.
